Summer Time and Money is drifting away.

It's summer time and,and the central air is on, more money for the electric company. I am trying to save energy by setting my thermostat to 75 degrees. we will see if my electric bill  will no go  up.There's 6 computers in the house, two HD TV's a 40"  and 46" LED. I have couple more electronic gadgets, such as Home theater system and many others that are on most of the time. I have a freezer and a huge side by side refrigerator. My washer and dryer are constantly used. I have never seen my electric bill goes down to 100 dollars or less. As far as water bill is concerned, it's definitely going up, since we have regular water for watering the sod and plants. I don't know how can I save energy.
